Has my order been shipped?

You will receive a shipment email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Standard shipping is FREE on orders over £25. Orders placed before 11:00am GMT (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

Delivery charges are per order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

We do our best to dispatch orders the day they are received, however occasionally this is not possible but will dispatch the next working day*.

We use Royal Mail to ship the majority of orders.  We do not accept any responsibility for lost orders with Royal Mail.

We currently ship to UK and Europe only.

For orders placed after 11am Friday through to Sunday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day* (excluding bank holidays).

 

European Standard Delivery

£14.99

If you're based outside the UK and in the EU, we will send your parcel using Royal Mail's European Standard delivery service. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Order before 11am (Mon-Fri) and your order will be sent out on the same day, you should expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 working days; however please note it can take up to 21 working days due to customs. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for more information.

This is a tracked service.

A signature will be required on delivery.

*Working day is 9 til 4.30 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will reach you as per the Estimated Delivery Times provided, aside from in times of severe weather conditions or exceptional circumstances.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to customise or cancel your order, please email contactus@fadeout.com. and we will be happy to help. If your order is still pending, we will be able to help before it ships.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How do I return or exchange a product?

If you have purchased directly from our website, you may return the product within 30 calendar days after receipt. To be eligible for a return, you must include the original box and include your invoice number in the parcel, so the return can be identified and processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the confirmation of your refund. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will be sent to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You can also try contacting your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
