Has my order been shipped?
You will receive a shipment email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard shipping is FREE on orders over £20. Orders placed before 11:00am GMT (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.
Delivery charges are per order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
We do our best to dispatch orders the day they are received, however occasionally this is not possible but will dispatch the next working day*.
We use Evri to ship the majority of orders. We do not accept any responsibility for lost orders with Evri.
We currently ship to UK only.

For orders placed after 11am Friday through to Sunday, orders will be dispatched on the next working day* (excluding bank holidays).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will reach you as per the Estimated Delivery Times provided, aside from in times of severe weather conditions or exceptional circumstances.
Please be advised that lead times may be extended during busy periods such as the run up to Christmas.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to customise or cancel your order, please email contactus@fadeout.com. and we will be happy to help. If your order is still pending, we will be able to help before it ships.

How do I return or exchange a product?
If you would like to request a return or refund, please contact us at contactus@fadeout.com stating your name, order number and reason for your request.
